Terms and Conditions
One-Year Warranty 
For products whose packaging is marked with our Original Licensed Logo when sold through authorized retailers, we warrant our consumer products to be defect free both in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage. And customer must present a valid original invoice while claiming this service.

This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser, beginning at the time of retail purchase. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. X-Doria will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of this product. 

This Limited Warranty does not cover: 
  • Normal wear and tear 
  • Damage to any non-X-Doria product used in connection with this product 
  • Misuse, unauthorized modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature 
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product 
  • In case of any dispute, our Company reserves the right of final judgment and decision

No Other Warranties 
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. X-Doria specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If X-Doria cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the extent possible any claims under such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the warranty period. No X-Doria reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
